Empowered Today Counseling is introducing the Resilient Transitions Program, an empowerment and supportive space in Washington, DC, designed for individuals who have recently experienced job loss. This six-week program fosters connection, community, and resilience by providing practical strategies for navigating career transitions. Participants will engage in discussions on healthy coping skills, S.M.A.R.T. goal setting, and mindfulness-based techniques to regain clarity and direction in their personal and professional lives.
